First Friday

PARKING—Free parking is available at street meters in the immediate area and the Clark County Government Center with a free shuttle from the center to the party, 6-10 pm. The free valet at the Arts Factory is available from 6-9 pm.

Street Closures: Colorado Avenue between Third and Main streets will be closed to traffic for the night, to make room for street chalk drawing, psychic readings, beer and wine vendors, live music, a stilt dancer and food from Sweet Georgia Brown’s Barbecue. And, of course, an Elvis impersonator, complete with pink Cadillac.

Free buses, courtesy of the City of Las Vegas, depart the Arts Factory every 20 minutes for Antique Row (Gypsy Caravan, Yana’s, the Funk House), the Icehouse and the Commerce Street Studios, beginning at 6 pm until 10 pm. Post office trolleys starting from the Clark County Government Center will transport visistors to and from the Arts District for free.

All activities run from 6-10 pm and are free, unless otherwise noted.
