Profile: With a combined database of over 100,000 in its three target markets of LA, Phoenix and Las Vegas, Que Onda (Spanish for “What’s up?”) is the Latin nightlife and entertainment hub. Tad handles all marketing and promotion of events like Rumba Thursday at Rumjungle. Right now, all of Tad’s attention is on Que Onda’s post-Latin Grammys party at Diablo’s Cantina on November 8.

Why I Do What I Do: “[Before Que Onda] there was no source for Latin entertainment information. I got tired of hearing about events after the event had already happened and just not knowing where to turn.”

Personal Tidbit: Tad worked in the medical marketing field for five years in Vegas before starting Que Onda but says the client-relations skills translate to nightlife. He will soon expand Que Onda’s reach to include New York, Miami and Chicago.

What I’m listening to: El Cartel: The Big Boss, by Daddy Yankee.

Latest Accomplishment: Que Onda has begun the production of online videos for its upcoming events and will cross-market Latin events in mainstream nightlife venues, giving partiers a very bilingual experience.
