Adam & Eve’s Charity Love Fling at 1 Oak The annual charity date auction celebrates 10 years of matchmaking at the Mirage Friday. Bid on a date with Playboy Playmate Claire Sinclair, a double date with two of Luxor’s Fantasy girls or a rendezvous with country crooner Sam Riddle—with proceeds benefiting local nonprofit New Vista. Arrive early for the VIP Mingle with the Singles Party, and after the dates are doled out, use your ticket for comp entry to 1 Oak. July 12, 6:30 p.m. VIP, 7:30 p.m. GA, $50-$60 VIP, $20-$25 GA.

Laidback Luke at Hakkasan & Wet Republic His name might be “Laidback” Luke, but his tracks are anything but. Listen to “Turbulence” with Steve Aoki and Lil Jon, or “Dynamo” with Hardwell for a taste of the upbeat beats, then experience them live during the producer’s MGM doubleheader. Hakkasan: July 12, doors at 10 p.m., $50+ men, $30+ women, local ladies free; Wet Republic: July 13, doors at 11 a.m., $50+ men, $30+ women.

Tao Beach Carnival It’s your favorite childhood fair, minus the creepy carnies and plus a lot of scantily clad beachgoers. Try your luck at one of the classic carnival games and splash around the pool at this annual event. In place of some corny country cover band, resident DJ Crooked supplies the soundtrack. July 13, doors at 10 a.m., $20, locals free.

Vegas StrEATs at Jackie Gaughan Plaza The monthly food truck fest doubles as Life Is Beautiful’s July music showcase, putting the spotlight on local hip-hop acts. Catch some quality rhymes (from Ekoh, Rhyme N Rhythm, Hassan and HighDro, to name a few) while getting your grub on Saturday night. July 13, 6 p.m., free entry.

Martin Solveig at XS Don’t worry, the French DJ and producer doesn’t just come to say “Hello”—though you’ll probably hear the Dragonette collabo track more than a few times during his Saturday night set at the Encore club. It might be totally overplayed, but we know you love it. July 13, doors at 10 p.m., $30 men, $20 women.

Morgan McMichaels at Piranha The off-Strip gay club doubles down on Drag Race alums Saturday night. In addition to Season 3 contestant India Ferrah’s weekly drag show, Season 2 favorite McMichaels is serving up the lip syncs—this time not for her life. July 13, doors at 10 p.m., $20, locals free.

Hair Games at The View Remember Hair Wars? The popular nightlife concept is resurrected Sunday, when local hairstylists go head-to-head (literally) in a battle for the best ’do. The contest’s board game theme definitely fits its new venue; not only can you play Monopoly at the top-of-the-Palms bar, but you can watch it come to life, too. July 14, doors at 8 p.m., $20, ladies free, men free before 11 p.m.

Borgore at Surrender The dubstep artist has played every Vegas EDC. Haven’t caught him at the Speedway yet? Check him out during Surrender’s Wednesday industry night. July 17, doors at 10:30 p.m., $42 men, $32 women.
