Editor's note: Common's performance at Drai's Nightclub was initially included in this week's Hot Spots. It was announced today, November 21, that the event has been cancelled.

Adore Delano at Piranha Party! The RuPaul’s Drag Race contestant doesn’t only serve up fierce looks that walk the line between trashy and classy (she rocked that Budweiser top!), she’s also quite the accomplished singer. For proof just look to her Till Death Do Us Party album or her brief 2008 stint on American Idol as Danny Noriega. Find her—and a $25 all-you-can-drink special—at the Fruit Loop club Friday night. November 21, doors at 10 p.m., free entry.

Steve Aoki at Hakkasan Henderson resident Steven Hiroyuki Aoki is celebrating his birthday at his place of employment, and everyone’s invited. We hear there will be cake. Lots of cake. In fact, you may get cake whether you like it or not. To paraphrase a famous French saying, let cake eat them! Autoerotique supports, with DJ MOS inside the Ling Ling Room. November 21, doors at 10:30 p.m., $30+ men, $20+ women.

Life in Color: Unleash at Cashman Center Is getting showered with streamers, confetti, cryo steam and even birthday cake not enough for you heathens seeking a maximum of nightlife bukkake? Life in Color: Unleash features headline-DJ talent—including Québécois duo Adventure Club and Miami producer/DJ Borgeous—while blasting its patrons with water-soluble paint. It’s like Jackson Pollock’s version of a rave party. November 21, doors at 9 p.m., $55-$67.

GBDC: Rebel Pride at Ghostbar The Palms debauch-fest (this edition sponsored by the Weekly) goes scarlet and gray this Saturday, so show your UNLV colors and pre-party the game versus Hawaii with an open Cîroc bar from 1 to 2 p.m. (with RSVP). Did we mention the ticket giveaways to next week’s battle for the Fremont Cannon? November 22, doors at 1 p.m., $10, local ladies free; free entry with RSVP at lasvegasweekly.com/gbdc.

Steve Angello at Life In a weekend crowded with notable events—Ferry Corsten and Markus Schulz side project New World Punx makes its Life debut on Friday, as does prog-house pioneer Sasha during Pete Tong’s All Gone Las Vegas shindig—EDM fans won’t want to sleep on the launch of former Swedish House Mafia principal Steve Angello’s Reflections night. Expect lots of sonic and visual bombast. November 22, doors at 10:30 p.m., $30+ men, $20+ women.

XIV Vegas Sessions: Saved By The XIV at Hyde Break out those leg warmers and scrunchies! Hyde transforms into Bayside High Sunday night during an ’80s- and ’90s-themed edition of its off-season monthly, with Saved by the Bell’s Dennis Haskins and Dustin Diamond presiding over the totally awesome festivities. When else will you have a chance to party with Screech and Mr. Belding? November 23, doors at 6 p.m., $50+ men, $40+ women.

DJ Qbert at the Bunkhouse If you’re a traditionalist bemoaning the absence of turntables in the DJ booth, don’t miss Invisibl Skratch Piklz founder and hop-hop pioneer DJ QBert’s Downtown performance. He’ll demonstrate the range of sounds and rhythms one can make manipulating records, especially with technology he helped develop. A former DMC World DJ Champion, QBert will render any such display with exhilaration. Jeremy Ellis and Wizdumb support. November 25, doors at 7 p.m., $13-16.

Twerksgiving at Surrender If you can only make one industry party this week, your choice clearly should be the Encore dance spot’s Thanksgiving eve edition. It’s both Surrender’s biggest Wednesday and most outrageous party of the year. Partiers will be giving thanks, er, twerks to the man lording over the proceedings: Diplo, a man who knows a thing or two about overindulgence. November 26, doors at 10:30 p.m., $45+ men, $35+ women.
