The Buffet at the Stratosphere Casino Hotel & Tower offers cuisine from around the world, including Pan-Asian, Southwestern, American comfort foods, regional European flavors, a carving station, a deli display, omelets made to order and freshly baked pastries. The buffet also offers two affordable special event rooms that are good for group events and wedding receptions. brunch is 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday. Dinner is 4 p.m. to 10 pm. Saturday through Friday. Champagne brunch is from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
