Pho Bosa

Pho Bosa

Description

Pho Bosa, which used to be called Bosa 1 when it was located on Jones Boulevard, has moved to Spring Mountain Road. However, the same people run the restaurant at the new location and the Las Vegas Weekly says many consider it to be the best Vietnamese eatery in town.
Pho Bosa is named for Bolsa Boulevard, the main street in the "Little Saigon" area of Westminster, Calif., which has the largest population of Vietnamese people outside of Vietnam.
The main food dishes are Com Tam, a broken rice; Nem Nuong Cuon, a healthy spring roll wrapped in soft rice paper with grilled pork and grilled shrimp, and a few soup dishes called Bun BO Hue (spicy beef soup) and Bun Rieu (tofu crab soup).
The Weekly says the Bun Ho Hue (photo above) "will change your life if you're man enough for a volcanic beef noodle soup with cubes of ginger-infused pork blood."
