One of the most recognizable and acclaimed acts in the history of Las Vegas entertainment is set to return to live performances for the first time in more than a year next month. Penn & Teller announced today their 20-year-strong show at the Penn & Teller Theater at the Rio will be back on April 22.

The performance schedule will see the influential magicians playing at 9 p.m. Thursday through Sunday. Tickets, starting at $60 each, will be on sale starting Friday, April 2. The 1,500-capacity theater will reopen with audiences of 257 with three different seating options available.

“We are so excited to go back to doing what we do, where we do it, for the people we do it for,” Penn Jillette said in a statement. “Teller and I are both more than two weeks out of our second shots, and in the same bubble, so we can stand unmasked on our stage. We will give up seeing what we hope are smiling faces so our audience can stay masked and safe.”

The duo filmed a new season of hit TV show Penn & Teller: Fool Us at the Rio during the shutdown. The comeback is expected to be full of new material and magic and include some innovative takes on longtime fan-favorite tricks.

“After a challenging year, the demand for joy and laughter is higher than ever, and Penn & Teller will certainly supply that, as they have been doing for decades in the heart of Las Vegas,” said Jason Gastwirth, president of entertainment at Caesars Entertainment.
