MISC: SHE WEEKEND With all the deserved hype around women’s sports in Las Vegas—the championship reign of the Aces in the WNBA, this year’s addition of a Professional Women’s Hockey League team, and more—it only makes sense for the greatest hype man of them all to get involved. Hip-hop legend and girl dad Flavor Flav has championed women’s sports across the board, and now he’s enticing the rest of Las Vegas to celebrate with him for SHE Weekend. The event kicks off July 16 at 7 p.m. with performances by Public Enemy, Sheila E and more at Toshiba Plaza, followed by a free parade down Las Vegas Boulevard.
