Crivello, who won a 1995 Tony Award for his work in Kiss of the Spider Woman, has reunited with that production’s director, Hal Prince, in Las Vegas. “At the end of my Broadway run of Kiss of the Spider Woman, Hal commented to me, ‘Tony, one of these days we have to get you playing the Phantom,’” Crivello says. “Eleven years later, here I am. Hal is indeed a man of his word. And he has impeccable taste,” Crivello adds with a smile.
