Creepy mannequin alert

I came across this mannequin at Planet Hollywood’s Miracle Mile Shops. In the window of the Bettie Page Boutique. I’m still trying to understand it.

My main question is this: Is she winking or does she have a lazy eyelid?

If she’s winking, then why isn’t her eye fully closed? Did we catch her mid-wink?

And if she’s got a lazy eyelid, well, why does she have a lazy eyelid? I mean, there’s nothing wrong with having a lazy eyelid; I just think it’s an odd choice for a mannequin. Perhaps this is an attempt at facial diversity?

Also, why is she screaming? Is she okay?

Somebody please explain this to me.
