The inaugural Western Regional Native Hawaiian Convention will bring Native Hawaiian practitioners, educators, entrepreneurs, healthcare and housing providers, elders, artisans, entertainers, and the youth together in Las Vegas; the city with the third highest Native Hawaiian population in the country. Highlights of the convention will include discussions on cultural perpetuation, housing and tourism. It will also feature workshops and presentations on Native Hawaiian cultural practices; National and Hawaiʻi policy issues impacting Native Hawaiians across the country; information on programs, grants, and services available to support the Native Hawaiian community, organizations, and businesses; and Hawaiian entertainment including hula performances and two evenings of captivating entertainment. Registration for CNHA members is $300, and $350 for the general public. Hotel rooms are available at a discounted rate of $89-per-night.
