The UNLV Powwow for the Planet is a celebration of Indigenous culture, resilience, and community, dedicated to honoring the traditions of Native peoples while fostering education, unity, and environmental stewardship. Through commitment and collaboration between the co-hosting Native American Student Association (NASA), Native American Alumni Club (NAAC), UNLV Student Diversity Programs, and the Indigenous community, this annual gathering serves as a space for cultural expression, intergenerational connection, and advocacy for Indigenous causes.
