Toronto-based, award-winning singer/songwriter Barbra Lica brings her quartet to Las Vegas' Whitney Library Concert Hall on Wednesday, April 16 as part of her North American tour supporting her new single "The Things We Don't Say." Although best known for her work as a jazz singer performing at the top festivals and opening up for artists like Christian McBride, Pat Metheny and Terence Blanchard, she has been making a name for herself in the last couple years as an original songwriter making a playful mix of folk, pop and Americana. Her 2024 release Imposter Syndrome garnered two Canadian Folk Music Awards nominations, and her song "The Ghost of Me" won the CMRRA Song of the Year Award. Her new single follows in this acoustic pop vein, appealing to fans of Norah Jones, Sara Bareilles and Ingrid Michaelson. She will be supporting this new release with a North American tour, coming to California, Washington, Oregon and Nevada in April.
