Jaleo chef Luis Montesinos roasts a whole pig every Sunday starting at 4 p.m., and you can eat it. A plate of cochinillo, served family style, costs $35, including crispy skin, pan con tomate, mojo verde and aioli sauce. The entire Jaleo menu is also available, so feast at will. Events in Las Vegas get canceled every now and then. It doesn’t hurt checking with the venue to confirm the listing.
