Light and refreshing, this drink is ideal for a leisurely croquette game, casual polo match or more realistically, lounging poolside on a Sunday.

Ingredients

2 ½ oz Pimm’s No. 1

2 ½ oz Fever-Tree Ginger Ale

2 ½ oz lemonade

Cucumber ribbon, strawberry, apple slices, orange slice, blackberry, sprig of mint for garnish

Method

Build drink in a tall 16 ounce glass filled with ice. Stir, garnish and serve.
