Created by James Beard Award-winning Chef Shawn McClain, Master Sommelier Nick Hetzel and Restaurateurs Richard and Sarah Camarota, Wineaux brings a passionately curated wine market, bar and escape to Las Vegas at UnCommons. Guided by Wineaux’s expert staff, the collection is designed to encourage wine exploration for the seasoned collector, as well as those new to wine collecting. Chef McClain designed the menu to pair with the hand-selected wines to create a holistic experience. The intimate retail shop, bar and lounge is adorned with natural woods, layers of stonework and a mix of lounge-style, traditional and bar seating. The focal point of the space is the tasting table, which seats 12, surrounded by multi-tiered presentations of Wineaux’s robust wine collection, all available for purchase. A takeaway counter features charcuterie, cheese, caviar and other luxuries. Wineaux is open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday; and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
