Music talk radio

Serious music fans love talking about music almost as much as listening to it. But are they up for listening to other people talk about music? We’re betting yes, but we’ll find out for sure when Nevada Public Radio (88.9-FM) adds Sound Opinions to its broadcast schedule on February 7. The syndicated show, which features Chicago music critics Jim DeRogatis (Sun-Times) and Greg Kot (Tribune) bantering about contemporary music, will air Saturdays at 1 p.m. and will be rerun Sundays at 8 p.m. So guys, which is more seminal: The Queen Is Dead or Kick Out the Jams?
