We wouldn’t have expected seats to be left for this, but they were at press time. That’s right, No Doubt’s reunion-tour opener and first West Coast date since 2004 isn’t sold out. Throw in the fact that tickets start at a (comparatively) reasonable $64, that the bill also features two pleasant-enough openers—Swedish imports The Sounds and American pop-rockers Paramore—and, most significantly, that proceeds from Tiger Jam XII benefit local charities, and we’re frankly a little surprised we’re even talking about tickets with anyone besides brokers a few days out, brutal economy or not. Do the words “Hella Good” mean anything anymore?!?
