Get refreshed with Tommy Bahama’s pineapple jalapeno mojito

Garnished with sliced jalapeno peppers, this is definitely not your ordinary mojito.

Tommy Bahama’s pineapple jalapeño mojito. Sounds abrasive, tastes invigorating. And if it’s not exciting enough for you, just mash the four slivers of green and red jalapeño into the bottom of your glass with your straw. You’ll be awake in a flash, no alarm clock needed.

The cocktail even manages to feel healthy. Between the mint leaves, lime wedge, peppers and the crystal clear liquid, you’ll feel like you’re drinking a freshly watered garden or cocktailing in the Montreal Biodome.

Tommy Bahama serves 185 rums, more than any other bar in America. Well, except for this one damn place in Florida that’s got 200. But Tommy is catching up, and while he is, I’ll be sipping one of these.

Pineapple Jalapeño Mojito

2 oz. Cruzan Pineapple Rum

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

2 oz. Sprite

1/2 lime

6 mint leaves

2 red & 2 green jalapeño slices

Method: Muddle mint, lime, jalapeño and syrup. Add Pineapple rum and ice. Shake and pour into glass. Top with Sprite.
