The BYO Pizza from Moneyline is made with lamb bacon, purple potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts, onion marmalade, peppadew peppers and chive blossoms. It has a white goat cheese sauce with mozzarella, provolone and Irish cheddar.

The pizza's ingredients have similar flavor profiles to Slane, counting on the robust nature of the whiskey to cut through the richness of the pie. Complimenting the whiskey's oaked flavor, the lamb bacon is cured with rosemary and wild thyme then smoked over whiskey barrel wood chips. Playing off the honeyed notes and the flavors from the sherry cask, the brussel sprouts are first roasted and seasoned with sherry vinegar and wild flower honey. The a carmelized onion marmalade is also made with Slane Whiskey. Pappadew peppers for a little spice and chive blossoms that the lamb might have fed on–it if plays together, it stays together. Top it off with a shot of Slane Irish Whiskey and a Voodoo Ranger IPA!
