Hyde and Lago team for a decadent lounge menu in the club

Hunger pangs on the dancefloor? Grub on Lago’s small plates, like its speck pizza (pictured), at Hyde Bellagio.

It’s happened to all of us. You’re having an amazing night in the club when hunger strikes. You don’t want to break up the party to seek sustenance, but serious snackage needs to happen ASAP.

This familiar scenario is never a problem at Hyde Bellagio, where those in-the-know realize they can order stunning small plates created by legendary chef Julian Serrano from his Lago restaurant next door.

Hyde’s special, stylized lounge menu includes a selection of Lago’s offerings to match the club’s signature cocktails. Highlights from the chilled portion of the menu include the brilliant scallop capasanta with citrus olive oil, a crudo of Skuna Bay salmon with crispy capers and an enticing plate of imported Ibérico ham with fresh tomato. Warm things up with petite pizzas topped with buffalo ricotta and speck or tomato, mozzarella and basil in the classic margherita style. If you need something a little heartier, beef meatballs slowly braised with tomato are an option. There’s even dessert, from cannoli to cremino—a chocolate mousse with passion cremeux.

Thanks to Lago, nothing stops the party at Hyde. Hyde Bellagio, 702-693-8700; Monday, Thursday & Sunday 5 p.m.-midnight, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday, 5 p.m.-4 a.m.
