One burning question: How is Boyd going to cover Echelon?

Answer: Sometime in the first half of 2013, Boyd Gaming plans to complete its Echelon site “beautification” project, which consists mainly of a decorative building wrap that will disguise the steel skeleton of the unfinished, 87-acre Strip resort project. The words “coming soon” will certainly not be part of the design. Maybe it’ll be a giant curtain that looks like the old Stardust? Maybe not.
