The holiday meal at Table 10 features a first course with a choice of butternut squash soup with spiced almonds and blood orange creme or watercress salad with pomegranate dressing, pecans and Humboldt fog cheese. Entrees include a choice of bourbon barrel-aged, maple syrup-glazed ham with asparagus maltaise, rotisserie-roasted turkey thigh with mushroom and prosciutto filling and green bean casserole or rotisserie-roasted turkey breast with cranberry-kumquat relish and green bean casserole. Sugar Factory American Brasserie offers a traditional Thanksgiving menu featuring roasted turkey and all the trimmings, plus a wide selection of pie varieties, for $29.95 per person. The menu is served from 1 p.m. until midnight. Call 702-331-5100.

Mon Ami Gabi starts its Thanksgiving menu with a choice of endive and bleu cheese salad or fresh oysters on the half shell, followed by a choice of smoked salmon or butternut squash and apple soup. The main course is herb-roasted turkey with cranberry-jalapeno relish, garlic and sage stuffing, sweet potato gratin, haricots verts, potato puree and Jack Daniels gravy. DJT offers a pre-fixe Thanksgiving Day meal featuring fresh salads, roasted turkey with apple and savory stuffing served with giblet turkey gravy, baby carrots and green beans, bourbon baked sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes and cranberry-orange relish. Dessert is apple pie a la mode or cherries jubilee. The meal is available from 3 to 10 p.m. Reservations are required; call 702-476-7358.

Planet Hollywood:

Pampas Brazilian Grille offers its usual rodizio selections, plus holiday menu items like roasted turkey, sweet potatoes, giblet gravy, apple sausage stuffing and cranberry-orange relish. The meal is $43.95 for adults, $19.95 for children 6 to 12 and children under 5 free. For an additional $10, guests can add the option of unlimited shrimp, scallops, salmon and cod. Caesars Palace:

Central Michel Richard at Caesars Palace is open 24 hours. Early risers Thanksgiving morning can enjoy a seasonal breakfast dish of a cheese blintz accompanied by cranberry and orange marmalade. The special is served from 6 to 11 a.m. and is $15. From 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., guests may opt for Central's three-course Thanksgiving menu. It features a choice of deviled eggs or chestnut soup as a first course, followed by a choice of roulade of turkey with stuffed mushroom and smashed potatoes or turkey legs with gravy, mushroom stuffing and sweet potato gratin. Forum Shops at Caesars Palace:

Boa Steakhouse offers a special menu featuring an appetizer of spiced pumpkin soup with candied pecans followed by an entree of pan-roasted Muscovy duck breast with whipped sweet potatoes with a cranberry reduction. Sushi Roku offers a Thanksgiving sushi roll, the Harvest Roll, made with pumpkin, mizuna, chives and brown rice in soy paper wrap with pumpkin chips, fresh truffle and pumpkin puree. The dessert special is the Holiday Delight, a duo of pumpkin mouse and pumpkin pie roll served with vanilla ice cream.

Joe's Stone Crab starts its holiday meal with a choice of stone crab bisque or salad followed by an entree of roast turkey and traditional sides. Dessert is pumpkin chiffon pie. The menu is $34.95 per person and is offered from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. This month, $1 from the sale of every slice of pie at Joe's will be donated to Opportunity Village. Near the Strip:

Ferraro's is offering two Thanksgiving options, and both four-course meals are served from 1 to 9 p.m. The traditional turkey dinner is $39.95, and the Italian special is $49.95. Call 702-364-5300 for reservations.

Enjoy "Thanksgiving in Paradise" at Cili at Bali Hai Golf Club, where guests can enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving buffet for $59 per person or $25 for children 12 and under. Children under 5 are free. Call 702-856-1000 for reservations.

Simon's Thanksgiving menu starts with a choice of the following appetizers: roast pumpkin soup, endive salad or wild green salad with duck confit and pomegranate. The main course is served family style and consists of oven-roasted turkey breast, turkey leg confit, green beans, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn bread stuffing, cranberry sauce and giblet gravy. Desserts include pumpkin pie with vanilla Chantilly cream, mulled apple cider and apple spice cake, chocolate pudding cake and a maple pecan tart with cinnamon crème fraiche. Alize at the top of the Palms offers a multi-course Thanksgiving menu beginning with an amuse of caramelized onion and white truffle panna cotta, followed by a roasted chestnut and foie gras soup with smoked bacon, aged madeira, candied apples and toasted chestnuts. Next is the seared jumbo diver scallop with cognac-kabocha squash puree with almond brown butter sauce. Next is a romaine salad with toasted caraway cracker, herbed goat cheese and aged balsamic vinaigrette. For the main course, enjoy Andre's traditional oven-roasted, free-range turkey with apple, nut and dried fruit stuffing, giblet gravy, truffled potato mousseline and jewel yam with a brown sugar puree. Side items include the choice of baby carrots, cranberry relish with pan-seared striped bass with black truffle, celery root risotto, spicy walnuts and a port wine reduction or roasted venison loin with herb spaetzle, Brussels sprouts, smoked bacon, wild mushrooms and huckleberry sauce. For dessert, selections include Andre's pecan pie with rum raisin ice cream and creme fraiche, pumpkin pie with cinnamon Chantilly and creme Anglaise, warm pear and chocolate cobbler with brown sugar ice cream or apple tarte tatin with caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream.
