Hussong’s Cantina, the Ensenada, Mexico, bar and restaurant that opened its first location in the United States in 2010 at the Shoppes at Mandalay Place, will open another local bar and restaurant at Boca Park this summer. Expect new menu offerings and more.

The seventh annual Wine Fest will be held May 15-17 at the Golden Nugget in Downtown Las Vegas, with events including a poolside kickoff reception, a winemakers dinner at Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse, tasting seminars, a Champagne and jazz brunch and more. Registration prices vary for individual events, and more information is available by calling 702-946-5336 or visiting goldennugget.com.

If you’re into tap takeovers, get ready for this: Stone Domination is back at Aces & Ales on Tenaya. On May 16 at noon, the San Diego brewing company takes over all 50 taps at the neighborhood favorite beer bar, and master brewer Mitch Steele will be in the house to guide the way. Multitudes of rare and vintage 22-ounce Stone Bombers will be available in addition to all the draft goodness. The entrance fee is $15, and four-ounce tastes are $4.

Did you know Downtown Summerlin has been hosting Monday Night Flights? The next session is set for May 18 at 6 p.m. at Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill, where sommeliers Christine Bar from Cut and Rafael Garcia from L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon will be competing for your palate’s approval by pairing wines with three courses of food. Guests vote who will move on to the final round of competition, set for June 15. Tickets are $50, and reservations are required at downtownsummerlin.com.

Will we see the return of Desnudo's Cali burrito?

Do you miss Desnudo Tacos? You’re not the only one. The folks behind Naked City Pizza are planning to bring their delicious yet short-lived Mexican eatery back for one night every month at the Paradise Road location of the pizza shop, starting May 21 at 5 p.m. The special Desnudo menu hasn’t been released yet, but if you ate there, you know what’s up.

Sautéed Santa Barbara spot prawns and cannellini beans tossed in rosemary-garlic olive oil. Clams Polillipo with aromatic white wine and tomato broth. Fusilli with fileto di pomodoro in fresh tomato-basil sauce. Veal Milanese and eggplant parmigiana with baby arugula salad. And, of course, a Valrhona dark chocolate mousse shaped into a fedora paired with a Jack Daniel’s milk chocolate panna cotta. This is the meal chef Theo Schoenegger has created to celebrate what would have been Frank Sinatra’s 100th birthday, and its available all year long at Sinatra at Encore. The special menu is $125 and includes a copy of the new commemorative collection Ultimate Sinatra album.
