El Dorado Cantina, the farm-to-table Mexican restaurant known for its sustainably-sourced entrees, tableside-prepared guacamole, spectacular happy hour specials and potent cocktails is on the verge of adding a third location in the southwest Valley.

Following locations at Tivoli Village on the west side and in a (unattached) corner of Sapphire on Sammy Davis Jr. Drive, this new El Dorado will open in a 4,500-square-foot space in the Curve shopping center in Spring Valley—8349 West Sunset Road, just a bit east of IKEA—in the second quarter of 2021.

The new location will offer the same menu as the two previous, and will include a full-service bar with 15 video slot machines. But if you haven't yet been, don't wait: El Dorado's menu, which spans several regions of Mexico and features all non-GMO ingredients, is as tasty as its virtues.

“We’re so excited to have our third location in the Southwest area of the Valley to offer locals outstanding guest service and generous portions of our organic, sustainably-sourced authentic Mexican cuisine,” El Dorado's Corporate Chef John Miranda said in an email statement. Southwest residents should be excited for its arrival, too.
