On, off, on, off ... on!

After twice postponing a scheduled Cosmopolitan performance, British icon Morrissey has announced a new, new date: Saturday, April 20.

Originally set for November 23, the Chelsea Ballroom show was moved to February 9 so the singer could be with his ailing mother in England. The rescheduled date was then postponed while the 53-year-old former Smiths frontman underwent treatment for a bleeding ulcer.

The new date comes as bad news for Vegas-based Morrissey fans planning to attend Coachella's second weekend or Band of Horses' show the same night at the Cosmo's Boulevard Pool.

Tickets for both previous Morrissey dates will be honored.
