Easter menus abound in restaurants across the Vegas Valley

While we may be ensconced in our homes this Easter holiday, it doesn’t mean we can’t feast. Many restaurants in the Valley are offering special menus for takeout and delivery. Call ahead for reservation and availability.

Big B’s Texas BBQ

Big Jerk

The Capital Grille

Three-course Easter dinner includes field greens salad with Parmesan vinaigrette and French rolls; whole Rack of bone-in filet with sautéed mushrooms and horseradish cream accompanied by grilled asparagus with lemon mosto and Sam's Mashed Potatoes for their main course; and apple crostata for dessert. Carlito’s Burritos

Honey Salt

Easter brunch features monkey bread, Greek yogurt parfaits, crispy potatoes, cornflake-crusted French toast and a weekend frittata with chicken apple sausage and spinach. Choice of bourbon brown sugar glazed smoked ham or mustard herb-crusted roasted lamb, with an endive and arugula Salad.
