Celebrating the magic of the holiday season, UNLV Performing Arts Center (UNLV PAC) welcomes the return of the Vienna Boys Choir with “Christmas in Vienna” on Wednesday, Nov. 26 at 3:00 p.m. at the Artemus W. Ham Concert Hall. Patrons are invited to relax into their holiday season with a special menu selection at the UNLV Performing Arts Center bar.

The illustrious group of child musicians has been delighting music lovers across the globe for more than six centuries with their purity of tone, distinctive charm and popular repertoire. The enormously popular chorus is composed of four touring choirs that hail from dozens of nations.

The four boys’ choirs perform almost 300 concerts per year around the world, with almost half a million people attending. Since 1924, the choirs have completed more than 1000 tours in 100 different countries—a staggering 29,000 concerts.

“Christmas in Vienna” showcases these gifted musicians with voices of unforgettable beauty in an extraordinary program featuring Austrian folk songs, classical masterpieces, popular songs and, of course, holiday favorites. The Fort Worth Star Telegram raves “There’s no more gratifying sound than that of children singing. And there’s no more polished ensemble of children’s voices than the Vienna Boys Choir.”
