Best Villain: On the list of people I don't want to meet in a dark alley, Robocain ranks right up there with the Joker, Criss Angel and Javier Bardem in No Country for Old Men. Kevin Cooney's costume is remarkably true to its inspiration - frighteningly so. And get this - it's totally homemade. Out of paper mache! Who says elementary arts education doesn't help kids?

Every Halloween Kevin Cooney and his brother Chris hit the Las Vegas Strip in homemade costumes that rival Hollywood in their complexity and size. Last year the brothers went seven for seven in big dollar costume contests dressed as Optimus Prime from Transformers. This year they've taken Pure's heroes and villains theme to heart, starting work on Robocop and Robocain during the summer to have their unbelievable outfits ready for October 31. Check out Kevin's MySpace page for more costume pictures.
