About the drink: The inspiration for this drink is winter and holiday flavors – rye spice, some minty notes from the Amaro and sweetness from the plum bitters.  

About the creator: Two years ago, Chris Glover moved here from Washington, D.C., where he was involved in numerous restaurant openings and cocktail programs. He started managing at Double Helix just a few months before the pandemic, and has been an instrumental figure in helping the bar and lounge bounce back.
