Green Day, Blink-182 to headline When We Were Young’s 2023 Las Vegas festival

Las Vegas' inaugural When We Were Young festival is still more than a week away, and the pop-punk and emo gathering has already announced its 2023 lineup.

 

Green Day and Blink-182—featuring the reunited lineup of Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge and Travis Barker—will headline the second edition, set for October 21, 2023 at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds on the Strip.

 

Other announced acts include 30 Seconds to Mars, The Offspring, Good Charlotte, 5 Seconds of Summer, All Time Low, Yellowcard, Rise Against, Sum 41, Pierce the Veil, Gym Class Heroes, Michelle Branch, Thrice, Rise Against, Simple Plan and New Found Glory.

 

Tickets for the 2023 fest will run from $250 to $520 and go on sale Friday, October 14 at 2 p.m. Las Vegas time at whenwewereyoungfestival.com. Fans who sign up early through that website qualify for a 10 a.m. presale on October 14.

 

Tickets for the 2022 festival's initial date, October 22, sold out quickly, prompting promoters to add two additional days, October 23 and 29, both of which also sold out.

 

The 2022 fest, also set for the Festival Grounds, will feature My Chemical Romance, Paramore, Avril Lavigne, Bring Me the Horizon, A Day to Remember, Bright Eyes and many more.
