The venerable Gold Coast Casino has long maintained a reputation for reliable Chinese food, at the award-winning Ping Pang Pong and the hot pot-centric Noodle Exchange. But the off-Strip spot has three new restaurants that locals may not have heard about yet. 

In an expansion announced in February, Gold Coast welcomed favorites Steak ‘n Shake and Tacos el Pastor into the fold, and also unveiled original gastropub concept Charter 75 for those looking for American classics with a modern twist—pizzas, salads, burgers, sandwiches and more.

Here are our favorite bites from Charter 75’s diverse menu.

To start: Cheesesteak egg rolls ($14) Featuring shaved prime rib, provolone and sauteed onions, this hearty fusion appetizer comes with a dish of cheese dip for those who want to boost the indulgence factor. 

For the main: Honey hot chicken sandwich ($16) Dill pickle-brined chicken breast is coated with Nashville-spiced breading and served with slaw and pickles in between a grilled potato bun.

For dessert: Warm butter cake ($9) This melt-in-your-mouth morsel is topped with a generous scoop of vanilla bean ice cream and a seasonal berry medley.
