Held in April in 2017, Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit returns to the Strip in May this year. The annual culinary event and celebrity chef megafest begins with the traditional saber-off at the Park on May 10, with chef Masaharu Morimoto doing the honors with kitchen luminaries Guy Savoy, Julian Serrano, Michael Mina, Shawn McClain, Stephen Hopcraft, Bryan Voltaggio, Graham Eliot, Timon Balloo and others in attendance.
