Siegel’s Bagelmania and Pinkbox Doughnuts teamed up over the holiday season to donate 400 bagel sandwiches and 33 dozen doughnuts to LVMPD officers stationed on the Strip on New Year’s Eve. The award-winning local institutions offer multiple locations throughout Las Vegas, with Pinkbox offering three stores in Henderson, in Summerlin and on the west side and Siegel’s Bagelmania serving its deli-style goods on East Twain Avenue and inside Terminal 1 at McCarran International Airport.

The Sand Dollar Lounge in Chinatown recently extended its Miracle on Spring Mountain holiday pop-up through January 10 and is also expanding its giving during that time. Charitable donations collected through the end of 2020 are going to benefit the Las Vegas Rescue Mission, while January donations will be directed to defray medical costs for MGM Resorts executive director of public relations Ashley Farkas, a great friend of the local restaurant and dining community who is undergoing treatment for acute myeloid leukemia. The next Miracle pizza pop-up is set for January 10 at 7 p.m. featuring chef Adam Sobel.
