Lifestyle icon Martha Stewart’s very first restaurant project is set to open Saturday, August 13 on the Las Vegas Strip when The Bedford by Martha Stewart arrives at Paris Las Vegas.

The concept is based on Stewart’s famed country farmhouse in Bedford, New York, and its opening caps a recent dining makeover at Paris that included new restaurants from celebrity chefs Bobby Flay and Nobu Matsuhisa. Reservations are now available and The Bedford will serve dinner daily from 5 until 10:30 p.m.

“I am so thrilled to open the doors to The Bedford,” Stewart said in a statement. “We have worked tirelessly to bring my farmhouse … to life in Las Vegas, and I think visitors will be enchanted by what we have come up with. These are the same dishes that I serve to family and friends in my own home.”

The 194-seat eatery includes a replica of her own fax-bois dining room, a neutral color palette and simple décor and furniture including a kitchen space with white marble counters, stainless steel appliances and gray wood cabinets. Menu items include a classic Niçoise salad, oysters Rockefeller, whole roasted herb chicken carved tableside, Martha’s smashed baked potato and upside-down lemon meringue pie.
