TableOne Hospitality and UnCommons have announce the Sundry, a 20,000-square-foot culinary destination featuring two full-service restaurants and a dozen other concepts serving food and drinks, set to open in early 2023 at UnCommons. It’s the first Las Vegas project for TableOne, founded by Patric Yumul and Michael Mina, and Michelin-starred chef Dominique Crenn’s La Madrina and the SHO Group’s Mizunara have signed on as the core restaurant concepts. Other concepts coming to the project include Bar Oysterette, BarZotto, Dhaba Ji, Diane’s Bloody Mary Bar, Kavos Coastal Greek Grill (from the founders of local favorite Meraki), Kowbird, Lamill Coffee, Petite Peso, Smitten Ice Cream, and Vegas’ own Proper Sandwich Company, SoulBelly BBQ and Saint Honoré.

Rampart Casino will open Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro on October 5, an update on the former Spiedini restaurant in the main promenade connecting the casino to the JW Marriott hotel.
