The Venetian Resort is utilizing its stellar portfolio of iconic culinary figures to create a new Las Vegas food experience. The new Culinary Crossroads event series brings many famous chefs and restaurateurs to a different kind of stage, allowing for more intimate interaction with guests and in at least one case, potential rising stars in the cooking world.
“The most memorable meals are born from a great story,” Patrick Nichols, Venetian president and CEO, said in a statement. “With Culinary Crossroads, we are creating a stage for the most compelling stories in the culinary world to be told. Whether it's about the importance of mentorship, the evolution of a family legacy, or a chef’s personal love letter to their culture, we are inviting our guests to experience the heart and soul behind the cuisine in a way they never have before.”
The series begins on April 16 with the Ment’or 2026 Young Chef and Commis Competitions, founded by Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller and Jérôme Bocuse. Keller will host a special dinner celebrating the competitions later that night at his landmark Bouchon restaurant at Venetian.
The Generational Tasting Tour with Wolfgang Puck and his son Byron Lazaroff-Puck is set for April 30, where a five-course tasting menu at CUT Steakhouse will see the younger chef transform and reimagine the signature creations of his legendary father. And José Andrés will present Spain My Way Live on May 31 at Palazzo Theatre, a live presentation showcasing the food and culture of his homeland, accompanied by a dinner at Bazaar Meat.
Future events are in the works featuring the chefs of Wakuda, the new Cote Korean Steakhouse and other Venetian venues. For ticket information and more, visit venetianlasvegas.com.
