What happens when you make your millionth burger? If you’re Gordon Ramsay, you make it a special one: fontina and raclette and goat cheeses, truffle aioli, seared foie gras, roasted chanterelles and shaved white truffles. That’s the dish Dana Jeandron of New Orleans ended up with on October 28 when she ordered the millionth burger at Gordon Ramsay BurGR, plus a Champagne toast with the man himself. The restaurant opened in December 2012, and in case you were wondering, BurGR has also served 446,980 orders of fries.

Sushi Roku is celebrating 10 years at the Forum Shops at Caesars with a limited-time “Ultimate Top 10” menu highlighting its most coveted dishes of the decade for $10 each. Favorites like yellowtail with diced chilies and garlic ponzu and filet mignon-wrapped asparagus with soy mirin sauce are on the list, available November 11-15. Bonus: Locals get half-off the regular lunch and dinner menus, too.

Daniel Boulud is rolling into town for a “Brasserie Bash” weekend November 14-16, featuring three food events at his DB Brasserie at Venetian. There’s a Chapoutier Wine Dinner, a happy-hour book signing and a Sunday brunch on the schedule. For more information or reservations, call 702-430-1235.
