Last supper: Sirio is closing December 6.

Aria has announced its Italian restaurant Sirio will close for good on December 6. Named for iconic restaurateur Sirio Maccioni, the promenade-level restaurant opened with the resort in December 2009, the third Las Vegas dining destination from the Maccioni family. Another of their restaurants, Osteria del Circo at Bellagio, closed in September. The legendary Le Cirque is the last one standing. A new, yet-to-be-announced restaurant will replace Sirio at Aria.

A rendering of Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips, coming soon to a Linq near you.

Two new restaurants are coming to the Linq. Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips will open in a 740-square-foot space adjacent to the High Roller observation wheel in spring 2015. If you’ve ever eaten Gordo’s fish and chips at his Caesars Palace pub or his Paris Las Vegas steakhouse, you know that this new thing is a good idea. But before Ramsay’s fourth local restaurant arrives, the second location of Off The Strip will open on the Strip, sometime before the end of the year. A favorite local bar and restaurant since it arrived in Southern Highlands in 2007, Off The Strip will occupy a two-story space at the Linq serving breakfast, lunch and dinner around the clock.

The food trucks are back this weekend. Sunset Park’d will host more than 30 mobile eateries, including 50 Shades of Green, Baby’s Badass Burgers, Fat Daddy’s Ice Cream, Lobsta Trap, Buldogis Gourmet Hot Dog, RoboDuck Truck, Sausagefest, Stripchezze, Truck U Barbeque and many more on November 15 from noon to 8 p.m. at Sunset Park. Admission is free. For more information, visit sunsetparkd.com.

The first Nevada location of Orange County-based Nekter Juice Bar is holding its grand opening at Downtown Summerlin on November 15 from 7 to 11 a.m. Free drink samples will be part of the event, and the first 50 people to visit receive a $25 gift card.
