Pine Dining is a Summer Chef Cookout Series taking place over eight weekends at the site of the historic Mt. Charleston Lodge. Acclaimed Las Vegas chefs are invited to curate “cookout” weekends for the ultimate mountain dining experience with all proceeds going to the nonprofit of their choice.

As preparations are underway to rebuild and reimagine the beloved Lodge, the Ellis family wants to thank the Las Vegas community for their support and invite them back to enjoy the best of the city’s food and drink amidst the pines.

Parking


NO on-site parking. Purchase of shuttle ride required unless you are a cabin guest, being dropped off and picked up at the site of Mt. Charleston Lodge, or require ADA assistance.
