The menu will feature premium American Wagyu from Black Hawk Farms, a superior selection of seafood from Ocean Providence and opulent wine pairings from the prestigious Hundred Acre winery.

Meticulously crafted through the lens of modern Japanese cuisine, each course offers a luxurious exploration of texture and flavor, including top-grade Ikejime Scottish Salmon Sashimi and Bluefin Tuna, complemented by a coveted selection of wines.
