Pilates on the Dock, Lake Las Vegas's original outdoor mat Pilates experience, announces the return of its Summer Series for a third consecutive year.

Founded by Henderson-based wellness instructor Jenn S., the series brings five themed outdoor Mat Pilates sessions to the private dock at Lake Las Vegas Water Sports from May through August 2026. Now in its third year, Pilates on the Dock has grown from an intimate lakeside session into one of the Las Vegas valley's most anticipated outdoor wellness traditions — drawing a loyal community of fitness and lifestyle enthusiasts back to the water each summer.

A WELLNESS EXPERIENCE UNLIKE ANYTHING ELSE IN THE VALLEY

Each event in the Summer Series is built around a themed dress code, curated atmosphere, and complimentary refreshments — transforming a traditional fitness class into a full lakeside experience. Morning session kick off with mat Pilates and end with optional paddle boarding - the only workout where the after-party is on the water. Evening sessions are timed to end with a front row seat to the most beautiful sunset in the valley.

Sessions take place on a Private dock at Lake Las Vegas Water Sports, our family-owned business with over ten years of history at Lake Las Vegas.

Each event features complimentary water, coconut water, and sweet treats provided by local small business Fed Up Kitchen — reflecting the series' ongoing commitment to supporting our community.
