INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Bacardi Limón Rum
3⁄4 oz. Disaronno Amaretto liquer
2 oz. cranberry juice
Splash of lemon-lime soda
Combine ingredients over crushed ice, shake and garnish with pineapple, a cherry and an umbrella.
This week, snowbirds are pleased as punch to ditch the cold, sleet and slush of the temperate climes in favor of more tropical digs. Well, bully for them. Not all of us can follow suit.
