Curiously categorizing their music as "experimental," Vegas' Annum Ford would seem to fit more cleanly into the alt-rock category with A Perfect Circle and Smashing Pumpkins. That's not to say their melodic, moody riffs—or singer Nick Vincent's distinctively morose vocals—are bad; they're just not particularly innovative. [www.myspace.com/annumford]
