Comedy Central announced today that following its scatologically successfully Roasts of Pamela Anderson and William Shatner, the network will air The Comedy Central Roast of Flavor Flav Sunday, August 12 at 10 p.m. Luxor headliner Carrot Top is among those taking the dias to lovingly lambaste the Public Enemy hype man and VH1 reality star (expect the red-headed propmaster to zero right in on those oversize clocks).
The special tapes July 22 in Los Angeles; additional performers include Greg Giraldo, Ice-T, Jimmy Kimmel, Lisa Lampanelli, Bridgett Neilsen, Patton Oswalt, Snoop Dogg, Sommore, Roastmaster Katt Williams and DJ Spinderella. No official word on whether Andy Dick will return to bite/lick/grope anyone, nor if any former Golden Girls castmember appearances are in the works (Bea Arthur and Betty White down; Rue McClanahan and Estelle Getty to go...).
