Hometown: Mays Landing, New Jersey Age: 29 Profession: Assistant General Manager, Palms Pool & Bungalows Profile: Just weeks ago she was a VIP host at Moon and  Playboy, but with a solid nightlife resume, featuring Studio 54, Teatro and Red Rock Casino, it was just a matter of time before Bingue was tapped for her new role overseeing the Palms’ poolside operations. Why I Do What I Do: “Nightlife is entertainment. Even if I’m not the one who’s onstage singing a song to [the crowd] at that particular moment, I’m responsible for creating the atmosphere.”  Personal Tidbit: Cat’s chanteuse alter ego is Jo Beng—the name a pairing of her middle name and the phonetic pronunciation of her last name.  Performing her original neo-soul tunes, she has opened for Al Green, Erykah Badu, Floetry and The English Beat.
