4 1/2 oz. Sauza Hornitos (Silver)

2 1/2 oz. Citronge

10 oz. fresh lemon sour

1 whole fresh pressed lime

Autumn means football, and football means throngs of thirsty friends coming together at the bar or around the boob tube to cheer on their favorite team, boo the others and pray for their Fantasy Football lineup. It’ll take one big margarita to stand up to that first quarter, so to make this mother of a big gulp, Diablo’s Cantina bartenders combine the ingredients in a large tin, add ice, shake it like they’re gonna break it and strain the mix into an ice-filled, salt-rimmed 44-ounce souvenir glass (or, if you’re making this at home, substitute the glass for a bucket, helmet, or whatever’s handy).
