Profile: This classically trained ballerina was the only Vegas dancer hired to open Forty Deuce Las Vegas in 2004 on Bravo TV’s reality show. Known for her hat trick (she exits the stage wearing nothing but her hat on her bosom) and for excruciatingly sexy facial expressions, Pace performs classic burlesque routines as well as a “reverse strip tease” to the Police’s Roxanne during Thursday’s new Royal Jelly rock revue.
Why I Do What I Do: “Just opening myself up from way down deep inside and putting it out in front of everybody, it’s raw, taking everybody on that journey with me through that music and through whatever emotions I’m feeling.”
Personal Tidbit: An admitted shopaholic, expensive shoes dominate Pace’s closet. At just 5 feet, 2 inches, Pace gets insider tips on the arrival of “big girl” shoes at her favorite stores, platforms with no less than 4-inch heels.
Currently reading: The Alchemist, by Paulo Coelho Latest Accomplishment: In signing on to Royal Jelly, Pace had to let go of her traditional burlesque moves to adopt the hard, fast choreography the modern rock show requires. Dancing in pasties didn’t really appeal to her either. But after a week in the Virgin Islands conquering her fear of diving, Pace returned feeling “like a million bucks” and ready to rock!
