Original Weezer bassist Matt Sharp returns with his first Rentals’ release in more than eight years—a four-song EP featuring three new cuts and a remake of “Sweetness and Tenderness” off 1995 debut Return of the Rentals. Pleasant if somewhat lightweight pop-rock notable for its male-female harmonies and viola-seasoned melodies.
