1/2 oz. sweet and sour
1 oz. Sprite
Garnish with a maraschino cherry
Just in time for October: The Griffin’s head barman Johnny Hemp used Midori and sweet and sour to give his joint’s juicy namesake bevvy a glorious, ghoulish green twist that just might make it the hit of your swanky Hallo-week house party. Serve in individual martini glasses or place a large block of dry ice in a punch bowl, mix in the ingredients and—for a spooky twist—add canned, peeled lychees stuffed with dates to simulate eyeballs!
